Taking care of your body with better nutrition and better fitness can be fun and rewarding. It can also be boring and injury-prone if you don't do it with the correct training, coaching, education, and equipment.

Doctor Of Fitness programs are unique and professionally developed from years of experience and expertise. You and your personal needs, goals, and challenges are the absolute focus of the programs we create for you.

When you are a client of Doctor Of Fitness, you are the sole focus of our time with you. We want you to be successful, satisfied, healthy, and balanced, so we will put all our energy into helping you make that happen.

1stThe first step to getting started as a Doctor Of Fitness client is to complete the application form below. Age and shape aren't important, commitment is. Because we have a limited, select practice, we are only able to accept clients who are committed and ready for success. If that's you, we invite you to tell us more about yourself below.

2ndAfter we receive and review your application, we'll contact you to answer any questions you might have and help you identify which program or programs are the best fit for you. Then we'll get you signed up and on the path to success.
