Just getting started with Doctor Of Fitness? You're in the right place.

Whether you've been a fitness junkie or athlete for years or you just saw the light last week, if you are truly committed to improving your health and fitness, this 6-week program is for you.

After you are accepted as a Doctor Of Fitness client, you'll work directly with Dr. Mancini. Your custom fitness plan will be created and monitored personally by Dr. Mancini at the private Doctor Of Fitness facility.

You'll receive a comprehensive health and fitness assessment and a thorough discussion of your goals, needs, and challenges before you even start working out.

Our programs are specifically designed to help you achieve the maximum progress with a focus overall health and well-being. With his expertise as a Sports Medicine physician, Dr. Mancini will design your custom program to minimize the risk of injury as you increase your fitness level, step by step.

This six-week Jumpstart Fitness Program includes:

  • Initial Application Questionnaire Review

  • Personal Health & Fitness Assessment

  • Confidential Goals Discussion

  • Initial Custom Fitness Plan

  • 2 or 4 Semi-Private Coaching & Training Sessions* at the DOF facility

  • Biweekly Feedback Form Review

  • Unlimited Email Access to Dr. Mancini throughout the six-week program

After you complete the initial 6-week Jumpstart Fitness Program, you'll be ready to move on to the Fitness Forever Program (or other fitness or sports program) for maximum lifetime benefit. We'll help you transition to the next step as you get close to the end of the Jumpstart Fitness Program.

Private Sessions available on a limited basis.
