Having a baby is a joyous time in your life. Being pregnant can also be a huge challenge. A challenge to stay healthy, stay fit, stay flexible.

Eating a balanced diet and making healthy nutritional choices are critical to making a healthy baby. You hear that from everyone, starting with your obstetrician or midwife. And they are right.

Eating right unfortunately doesn’t solve all the problems you face during your pregnancy, however.

If someone had told you before you got pregnant that you would probably be dealing with back pain, leg pain, sore feet, headaches, abdominal pain, restless sleep, difficulty getting comfortable, would you have still signed up? Because of the reward when your baby is born, most likely you would have.

However, the physical impact on your body from pregnancy can take its toll. The good news is that there are ways to control or eliminate the pain, without taking medication.

Each woman is unique and different. And each pregnancy she has is unique and different. So the challenge to stay fit, healthy, and pain-free is different with each pregnancy.

As a family practice physician, Dr. Mancini has cared for many women before, during, and after their pregnancies. Because he understands the challenges pregnant women face with staying fit and flexible, and feeling healthy and energized, he created a special fitness program tailored to the them.

As a client in Dr. Mancini’s Fit Moms-To-Be Program, you’ll get the benefit of working personally with Dr. Mancini, Family & Sports Medicine Physician and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach.

He will create a fully custom fitness program for you that directly focuses on your personal health, fitness, and pain challenges, then he will continue to work with you throughout your pregnancy.

Additional Benefit: Looking forward, after your Fit Moms-To-Be Program, Dr. Mancini will assist you in transitioning to a post-pregnancy fitness program to help you get back your pre-pregnancy shape and tone, working with you to build up the strength and flexibility you need to keep up with your new baby.

Details & Pricing

All personal fitness training programs start with the Jumpstart Fitness Program. Following the Jumpstart Fitness Program, you'll continue on with the monthly program of your choice.
Each monthly fitness program option includes one custom training program or program modification each month. Dr. Mancini creates your personal fitness training programs for you with careful consideration of your fitness and health status at that time.

Choose the monthly program option that suits you best:

  • 1 training session and 1 custom fitness program per month with Dr. Mancini
  • 2 training sessions and 1 custom fitness program per month with Dr. Mancini
  • 4 training sessions and 1 custom fitness program per month with Dr. Mancini
